Nutrition Coaching
To see real change, you will need to be consistent. To be consistent, you will need help.
Nutrition coaching is a personalised, purposeful approach where Paul will work with you to help you improve your eating habits, optimise your nutrition and achieve specific health or fitness goals. Unlike generic diet plans, nutrition coaching focuses on long-term, sustainable changes tailored to your lifestyle, preferences, and challenges.
Paul is a certified Precision Nutrition (PN) Coach. Precision Nutrition is one of the leading organisations in the field of evidence-based nutrition, widely recognised for providing science-backed, practical advice on nutrition and wellness.
Paul’s nutrition coaching programmes typically focus on creating simple, sustainable changes to your diet and lifestyle, rather than promoting restrictive diets or quick fixes. This includes a focus on:
- Assessing current eating habits – Paul will work with you to review what and how you currently eat, as well as identify any goals or struggles you have around food. This will include keeping a food diary for an agreed time.
- Setting realistic goals – Paul will help you identify what you want to achieve, which could range from weight loss, to gaining muscle, to improving your energy levels or developing healthier eating habits.
- Providing guidance and support – Paul will provide a range of advice and support, based on your individual needs.
- Building healthier habits – Paul will support and encourage you to adopt gradual changes that are sustainable in the long term, like eating more whole foods or drinking enough water.
- Monitoring progress and adjust – Paul will check-in with you on a regular basis to track your progress, troubleshoot obstacles, and fine-tune your approach if needed to help you achieve long-term results.
Paul will help you:
- Transform your body, build strength and have more energy – Paul will start with your needs and goals and then work with you to develop a plan to help you eat, move, and live better, in a way that works for your body, and your life.
- Get the support you need, every step of the way – Paul will remove all the guesswork and provide the accountability, direction, and support you need to stay consistent, no matter what life throws at you.
- Achieve your goals, even when life gets crazy – Paul will break your big goals into small daily practices that add up to massive changes. As a result, you will progress toward your goals without ever feeling overwhelmed and build habits that last a lifetime.

Benefits of Nutrition Coaching
Nutrition Coaching offers a variety of benefits, especially for individuals looking for personalised, long-term solutions to improve their health and nutrition. Key benefits include the following:
- Personalised approach – the coaching is tailored to your specific goals, preferences, and lifestyle. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, improve energy levels, or build muscle, your plan is designed to suit you, not a one-size-fits-all approach.
- Sustainable results – unlike quick-fix diets, Nutrition Coaching focuses on making gradual, sustainable changes that are easy to maintain in the long run. This helps you develop healthier habits that can last a lifetime.
- Education and empowerment – the coaching is not just about following a plan; it’s about learning the why behind the advice. You’ll understand how food impacts your body, giving you the knowledge to make better decisions even outside of coaching sessions.
- Support and accountability – Paul is a certified coach who will help you stay on track, overcome challenges, and adjust as needed. Having someone to guide and hold you accountable can be a major factor in achieving success.
- Focus on behaviour change – Nutrition Coaching places a strong emphasis on building lasting habits. Instead of focusing on short-term results, the goal is to change your relationship with food and create lifelong habits that contribute to your well-being.
- Holistic health approach – While nutrition is the primary focus, Paul takes a holistic view, considering other aspects of health like sleep, stress management, and exercise. These factors all play a role in overall health and performance.
- Adaptability – as your lifestyle or goals evolve, your nutrition plan can be adjusted accordingly. Whether you face new challenges or want to ramp up your training, the plan can evolve to meet your needs.
- Behavioural tools – you will be given practical tools and strategies to help you navigate everyday challenges like dining out, social events, or emotional eating. This helps you stay consistent without feeling restricted.
- Results beyond weight loss – While weight loss can be a goal for some, Nutrition Coaching also focuses on other outcomes like improved energy, better digestion, enhanced athletic performance, and overall health improvements.
Paul’s Nutrition Coaching programmes can be delivered in-person or online.
