Hi, my name is Garry and I run my Personal Training business, Personal Best, at Glasgow Functional Fitness. I have been a Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist for ten years. I played amateur rugby for many years and I am also a keen mountain biker. I have vast experience and knowledge in specific sports training and rehabilitation.

My Personal Training Programmes are designed to meet your individual needs and requirements, whether it be strength and conditioning training, improving your 10km running time, climbing a Munro, shedding a few inches for a special event, or simply maintaining a healthier lifestyle.

My workouts are fun, motivational and enjoyable, and you will always be pushing yourself to reach your target and set a new one!
